Chris Siemers is a fulltime professional real estate sales associates and year-round resident of Eagle Creek Golf & Country Club. She and her late husband, Jay, started coming to Southwest Florida in 1978 and has owned property here for more than 30 years. Chris has watched the rapid growth of Naples for more than two decades. Indeed, she has been a part of it. Eagle Creek became her year-round home in 1992. She is an avid golfer and has played on most of the Naples area country club courses. She knows the game of golf and the lifestyle enjoyed as a resident of a country club community.

She is now assisted by her daughter Kristin Champeau, also an experienced real estate professional. The Siemers Group is an award-winning team associated with John R. Wood Properties. Extensive research capabilities combined with the most current computer technology to back up the personal qualities Chris and Kristin bring to making your own dream a reality.

Patty was born and raised on Long Island, just a few miles from New York City:

 “After graduating from college, I left the East Coast and took a job in the Chicago area.  After my husband’s career took us to Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio we decided to try a warmer climate.  Naples was the first place we explored, and we have never looked back!

I was a marketing executive for a radio station for several years, which also included hosting two radio shows … a live morning show and a taped midday show.  Being on the air was fun but working with clients to help them grow their businesses was what I enjoyed the most.  I learned that the most successful sales people never really sell, they work as a team with their clients to help them achieve mutual goals.  The success of the businesses I represented was my success as well, and each business owner became a trusted friend.

Later in life I chose to use my relationship experience to enter the world of real estate, and my attitude is the same.  I will work as a team with you and will be there every step of the way.  When I list your home, you will get personal attention from start to finish.   My motto is “over and above your expectations,” and that is not just a catch phrase.  If you are looking to buy a home, you will never receive automatic emails.  I prefer to handpick every listing before sending it to buyers.  That is just one example of the personal attention you will receive when I partner with you.  It all requires a little more time, but I believe it makes all the difference in the relationship.”

Lucy grew up in Miami, Florida and moved to Collier County 13 years ago.  She has owned property on Marco Island and Naples for 30 years.  While living in Miami Lucy worked at a major airline and held management positions in Finance, Marketing and National Sales.  Lucy is excited to be working for John R. Wood Properties and The Siemers Group.
